The FSK-5 float switch automatically controls a compatible water pump according to the water level, making it ideal for emptying tanks, sumps and other water collection areas.

As the water level rises or falls, the float changes position, activating an internal microswitch to start or stop the pump.

Supplied with a generous 10-metre neoprene cable, counterweight and piggyback plug, it provides a convenient solution for automatic pump operation without the need for a separate electronic pump controller.

Can it be submerged?

Yes. The float switch has an IP68 protection rating. Electrical plugs and connections must remain in a suitable dry, protected location.

Will it work with my pump?

Check that your pump is compatible with the 220–240V single-phase supply and the float switch's 8A rated current. The 10A piggyback plug does not increase the switch's 8A current rating.
