7.5kW Three-Phase Irrigation & Washdown Pump
Couldn't load pickup availability
Higher-head water delivery for demanding applications
The HCS40-200/75 is a 7.5kW three-phase centrifugal pump for irrigation, washdown, water transfer and suitable commercial water-supply applications.
It offers greater head at comparable flow rates than the 5.5kW model, making it an option where additional delivery pressure is required.
Its single-impeller design features an axial inlet and radial discharge, with a cast iron casing, stainless steel shaft and stainless steel impeller.
The back pull-out design allows the rotating assembly to be removed without disturbing the connected pipework, simplifying maintenance.
Choose according to the flow and pressure required at your working point, allowing for pipework, elevation, hose length and nozzle demand.
Requires a compatible 380–415V three-phase power supply. Electrical connection, motor protection and controls must be selected for the installation.

Performance
Approximate readings from the supplied performance curve:
- Maximum head: approximately 57 metres
- Head at 400 LPM: approximately 53 metres
- Head at 600 LPM: approximately 47 metres
- Head at 800 LPM: approximately 39 metres
Follow the orange curve for HCS40-200/75. Available head decreases as flow increases. The graph displays this model’s performance to approximately 900 LPM; this is not confirmation of its absolute maximum flow.
Allow for elevation and pipework losses when checking the pressure available at the point of use.

FAQs
Can this run from a standard household power outlet?
No. It requires a compatible 380–415V three-phase supply and suitable electrical installation.
How does it differ from the 5.5kW model?
The 7.5kW model provides greater head at comparable flow rates. Choose using the performance curve and your installation’s requirements rather than motor power alone.
Will it suit my washdown system?
Suitability depends on the flow and pressure required by your nozzle or outlets, together with hose length, diameter, elevation and supply conditions. Send us those details so we can help check.
Is this a pressure washer?
It is a water-delivery pump for suitable washdown systems. It is not a complete pressure-washer unit.
Can it supply irrigation?
Yes, where its performance matches the irrigation system’s combined flow and pressure requirements. Include the number and type of outlets operating together when asking for advice.
Does it produce 12 bar?
No. The 12-bar figure is the maximum system-pressure rating. Use the orange performance curve to determine the head available at your required flow.
Does it include automatic controls?
The listed pump specifications do not identify an included control package. Contact us to confirm the supplied equipment and select controls suited to your application.
Can it handle hot or chilled liquids?
The specified media temperature range is −20°C to +120°C. The liquid must remain fluid, and compatibility with the pump materials and seal must be checked. Contact us about your liquid and operating conditions before ordering.
Does it require priming?
Follow the supplied filling and venting instructions before starting. Do not assume it is self-priming or run it without liquid.
Can I close the washdown nozzle while the pump runs?
Your installation must provide suitable control or protection for periods of no flow. Do not leave the pump running against a closed discharge.
What does back pull-out mean?
The rotating assembly can be removed for maintenance without disconnecting the inlet and outlet pipework.
Are spare parts available?
Contact us with the model/SKU, photos and details of the part required so we can confirm compatibility and availability.
