Overview
High-volume water delivery with efficient, quiet-running multistage performance.
Powerful washdown and water transfer for demanding applications
The CMB10-50 is a 2.2kW horizontal multistage pump designed for applications requiring substantial water flow with useful delivery pressure.
Ideal for farm washdown, lifestyle blocks, water transfer, irrigation and larger water supply systems, it combines corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction with quiet operation and continuous-duty performance.
With a maximum flow of 260 litres per minute, this pump is particularly suited to higher-demand applications where several outlets or washdown points may operate simultaneously.
It can also be used in larger domestic pressure systems where its performance matches the installation requirements.
Automatic operation
The pump is supplied with a 15A plug. A compatible automatic pump controller can be fitted separately to start the pump when water is required and stop it when demand ends.
An automatic on/off controller does not necessarily maintain constant pressure at changing flow rates.
The right pump depends on your required flow, pressure, pipework, elevation and water source.

Performance
Performance
Designed for high-flow water delivery in washdown, transfer and larger water supply applications.
- Maximum flow: 260 litres per minute
- Maximum head: 47 metres
- Maximum pressure: Approximately 66 PSI / 4.6 bar
- Maximum suction lift: 1.5 metres, subject to installation conditions
Maximum head and maximum flow are separate limits. The pump does not deliver 260 LPM at 66 PSI.
Actual performance depends on the required flow rate, pipework, elevation, fittings and other system losses.
Refer to the pump performance curve to determine the pressure available at your required flow.
Suction considerations
The stated 1.5m maximum suction lift is relatively limited. Installations requiring the pump to draw water from below its position should be carefully assessed.
The pump must be correctly primed before operation. Never run it dry.

FAQs
Is this pump suitable for farm washdown?
Yes, provided its flow and pressure match your washdown equipment. It is designed for applications requiring substantial water delivery.
Can it supply multiple outlets simultaneously?
Yes, subject to the flow and pressure required by each outlet. The supplier's claim of up to 22 taps is indicative only. Actual capacity depends on the installation.
Does it deliver 260 LPM at 66 PSI?
No. Maximum flow and maximum pressure are separate limits. Refer to the pump curve for performance at your required flow.
Does it automatically start and stop?
Only when fitted with a suitable automatic controller or pressure-switch system. The pump alone does not provide automatic demand-based operation.
Does an automatic controller provide constant pressure?
Not necessarily. A standard electronic on/off controller starts and stops the pump but does not regulate motor speed to maintain constant pressure.
Can I plug this into a normal household socket?
No. This pump is fitted with a 15A plug and requires a suitable 15A outlet.
Can it draw water from a tank below the pump?
The stated maximum suction lift is 1.5m, subject to installation conditions. We recommend checking the arrangement carefully before ordering.
Do I need a filter before the pump?
The pump requires clean water. A suitable strainer may help protect against debris, but excessive suction restriction can affect performance.
